Celebrating variety in design, format and colours for more than 30 years

1979                Hans-Albert Kufferath founds ARTOZ PAPIER AG on 1 August 1979 in Lenzburg.

With our concept of openly marketing office stationery, we take on a pioneering role in the market. In just our first year of existence, we offer paper in 16 colours and various formats.

1984                We dare to expand beyond our borders and enter the German market. We present our office stationery and design paper for the first time at the Paperworld exhibition in Frankfurt.

1985                Our modular presentation displays meet the needs of speciality shops. The acrylic displays made available by us on a loan basis can be individually adjusted to suit each shop and have space for creative stationery and many other premium products made by our company.

1990                ARTOZ PAPIER AG sees continual growth and employs 100 people after just 11 years in business.

1993                Our office and design stationery can now be purchased in 20 countries.

1997                Despite being a paper company, we cannot ignore technological progress, and our first website is launched just before the turn of the millennium.

2001                With design stationery, creative paper, art cards, unique event cards and countless further products, our assortment boasts more than 10,000 items by the beginning of the new millennium.

2003                From this point on, we bring joy to the hearts of arts and crafts fans. Our assortment is expanded to include many original hobby art products. The definite stars of our creative section are the unique, handmade Artwork stickers in 3D quality. Combined with creative stationery and other ARTOZ products, Artwork stickers provide the finishing touch for beautiful card creations.

2006                In 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2006, we are awarded the ISPA Award from the ISPA (International Stationery Press Association), the international association of PBS trade magazines.

2009                We have now been passionately committed to creating beautiful, top-quality and innovative paper and stationery products for 30 years. We celebrate our anniversary in the summer with a large party at company headquarters in Lenzburg.

2011                At this year’s Paperworld exhibition in Frankfurt, we proudly present our completely redone website and our brand-new webshop.

ARTOZ PAPIER AG is represented in more than 40 countries today. Our 180 employees enthusiastically contribute to the activities of our company daily. Our extensive assortment offers over 12,000 items, ranging from design stationery and giftwrap to Artwork stickers. We want to fulfil your every stationery wish!
