Basics
This Data Privacy statement is intended to inform the users of this website about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and utilisation of personal data by the website operator Artoz Papier AG.

The website operator takes its data privacy very seriously and treats your personal data as confidential and in accordance with the statutory regulations. As new technologies and the ongoing further development of this website can result in changes being made to this data privacy policy, we recommend that you regularly check and read through the data privacy policy.

Access data
We, the website operator or site provider, collect data on visits to the website and store these as “server log files” on the website server on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 Para. 1 f. GDPR). The following data is therefore logged:

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to enable cases of fraudulent use to be investigated. If data has to be collected for evidential reasons it will not be deleted until the incident has been finally resolved.

This website uses cookies for reach measurement purposes in pseudonymized form. These cookies are transferred either from our server or third party server to the user’s browser. Recording and processing of personal data
The website operator only collects, utilises and passes on your personal data if this is within the legally permitted framework or if you have given your consent to the collection of data.

Personal data is deemed to be all information which is used to identify you as an individual and which can be traced back to you – i.e. for example your name, email address and telephone number.

You can also visit this website without giving your personal details. However, in order to improve our on-line offering we do store your access data on this website (without any personal reference). This access data includes e.g. the file you have requested or the name of your Internet provider. Data anonymization prevents any inferences being made regarding your personal details.

Use of contact data
If you use the contact options offered in order to get in touch with us as a website operator, or if you complete a registration form, your details will be stored so they can be accessed in order to deal with and answer your enquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

The website operator accepts no liability for the security of the data whilst it is being transmitted via the Internet.

Rights of the user
As the user, you have the right, free of charge, to request information on what personal data has been stored on you. You also have the right to correct inaccurate data and restrict the processing of your personal data, or have this data deleted. If applicable, you can also assert your right to data portability. Artoz Papier AG reserves the right to adapt this data privacy guideline in order to take account of changes in the applicable laws and regulations.
